Zooming In and Out of the Browser
There are several ways to Zoom in and out on your browser.
After touching on a link or article, use one of these methods:
• Tilting: Touch and hold the screen at two points then tilt the
device back and forth to reduce or enlarge the screen. You must
first enable motion in the Settings section. For more information,
refer to “Motions and Gestures” on page 195.
• Double tap: Quickly tap the screen twice on the web page to
zoom in or out.
• Pinching: Sweep in opposite directions at the same time to zoom
in or out (use a pinching-in or pinching-out motion).
Internet Options
Ⅲ From any web page, touch Menu to access your
browser options.
Enter a URL
You can access a website quickly by entering the URL.
Websites are optimized for viewing on your phone.
To enter a URL and go to a particular website, follow these
steps:
1. Touch the URL field at the top of your screen .
2. Enter the URL using the onscreen keyboard.
The website displays.
Search the Internet
To perform an internet search using keywords, follow these
steps:
1. Touch the Search bar at the top of the browser.
2. Enter a search word or phrase using the onscreen
keyboard and touch Go .
3. Touch a link to view the website.
