Battery
Your Omnia II is powered by a rechargeable standard Li-Ion
battery, and comes with a wall charger for charging.
Note: The battery comes partially charged. You must fully charge the battery
before using your phone for the first time. A fully discharged battery
requires up to 4 hours of charge time.
Warning!: Use only Samsung-approved charging devices and batteries.
Samsung accessories are designed to maximize battery life. Using
other accessories may invalidate your warranty and may cause
damage.
Installing the Battery
1. Remove the rear cover (see “Remove and Replace the
Rear Cover” on page 5.)
2. Insert the top end
of the battery into
the phone,
aligning the gold
contacts on the
battery with the
phone’s contacts.
3. Snap the rear cover back into place.
Removing the Battery
1. Remove the rear cover (see “Remove and Replace the
Rear Cover” on page 5.)
2. Lift the battery up
and out of the
phone.
3. Snap the rear
cover back into
place.
