2. Install the winch toward the pedestal tube so that the tap (number 3
in Figure 20 below) on the tube goes to the hole (2) on the winch.
Make sure that the plastic cover on the winch faces up.

3. Wrap the clamps (1) around the tube to the clamp assemblies (4)
and attach them.
4. Finally, secure the clamps with the provided pin clips as shown in
Figure 21 below.
