Password complexity rules are enforced on the ESXi server. If the password does not meet
the complexity requirements, infrastructure orchestration discovery will fail, and the cluster
members will not appear in infrastructure orchestration as usable targets.

After the service is created, you can edit the vCenter host profile assigned to this cluster
and set a different password. On any subsequent reboots of the server, the password
will be set by vCenter from the host profile assigned.
