Power Cord Cable Connection
(1) Confirm that the power cord of the
unit, connected the EX module, is
unplugged from the power supply.
(2) Loosen the screw of the terminal
connector to which the power cord
cable is connected.
(3) Strip the power cord cable and twist
the core of the power cord cable. Insert
it into the pin terminal and crimp the
terminal. Attach the terminal to the
terminal connector.
(4) Fasten the screw of the terminal
connector to secure the power cord
cable.
• The torque required to tighten these
screws is 0.22 to 0.25N
•m.
• Do not solder the cable connection.
(5) Insert the connector, which the power
cord cable is connected to, into the
terminal block.

Connection of the Functional
Ground Screw
• The torque required to tighten the
screw is 0.5N
•m.

twisted correctly, the end wires may either short
against each other, or against an electrode.
