Slide-In Legends
Many of the OIT Family Operator Interface Terminals have clear windows for slide-in leg-
ends. You can easily create your own slide-in legends to customize the function keys, label
the status LEDs and install your company logo. This can be done by creating the legends us-
ing your word processing software, printing the legends on any color or black and white
printer, and then replacing the standard legends in the OIT. Once installed these legends are
completely sealed and protected. Refer to your OIT Installation Manual for detailed infor-
mation on creating and installing slide-in legends.
Custom Keypad Overlays
To fully customize the appearance of the OIT, custom keypad overlays can be ordered.
Whether the goal is functional or aesthetic, a custom keypad overlay allows you the freedom
to design your keypad’s graphics, colors, and configuration to fit your application needs. For
more information, contact your local distributor or Maple Systems.
