Depending on the setting of par. F-50 Reference Range the reference and MAV are scaled accordingly:

If par. F-50 Reference Range is set to [0] Min - Max, a negative reference will be handled as 0%.
The actual output of the frequency converter is limited by the speed limit parameters Motor Low/High Speed Limit [RPM/Hz] in par. F-18 Motor Speed Low Limit
[RPM] to par. F-15 Motor Speed High Limit [Hz].
The final speed limit is set by par. F-03 Max Output Frequency 1.
The reference and the MAV have the format which appears from the table
