To change the volume of touch panel beeps and alarms (“Sound
Setting” function)
The volumes of the beep that is sounded when a touch panel button is
touched and of the alarm that is sounded when a malfunction occurs can
be specified. During normal usage, a low volume is specified, however
this function is convenient when a temporary increase in volume is
desired. Basic volume setting can be set in User Management. For
details, refer to
“To adjust beep volumes (“Confirmation Beep” and “Alarm
Volume” functions)” on page 7-37.

Press the [Accessibility] key in the control panel.

Touch [Sound Setting].

Select the desired volume setting.
