Require Pattern
Turning on the Require Pattern option protects your phone from unauthorized use by creating a personal screen
unlock pattern.
1. From the Home screen, touch Quick List ➔ Settings ➔ Phone settings ➔ Security.
2. Touch On from the Require Pattern field.
3. Read the Securing your phone text, then touch Next.
4. Continue reading the text and follow the prompts and instructions to set a pattern.
Set pattern
Creating a screen unlock pattern increases security on the phone. When you enable the User visible pattern field,
you will draw an unlock pattern on the screen whenever you want to unlock the phone’s buttons or touch screen.
when you activate the User tacticle feedback field, you will feel vibration as feedback while drawing the pattern.
1. From the Home screen, touch Quick List
➔
Settings
➔
Phone settings
➔
Security.
Note: Make sure the Require Pattern field is set to On.
2. Touch Set pattern.
3. Touch On from the User visible pattern field to activate the visible pattern feature.
4. Touch On from the User tactile feedback field activate the tactile feedback feature.
5. Touch Change pattern to change your security pattern.
Airplane mode
Airplane Mode allows you to use many of your phone’s features, such as Games, Voice note, etc., when you are in
an airplane or in any other area where making or receiving calls or data is prohibited. When your phone is in
Airplane Mode, it cannot send or receive any calls or access online information.
