Power On/Off CSL

Power Off

1. Press the

Unload

switch to eject the cartridge from the CSL.

2. Ask the operator to ensure that the drive has no I/O from the host.

3. Use the operator panel to place the CSL offline.

Note: Refer to

for instructions to place the CSL

offline.

4. Press the

Power

switch on the rear of the CSL to OFF (0). This will power off

the CSL.

5. Verify that the CSL powers off.

Note: All indicators are off and the operator panel is blank.
