This scanner is limited to three levels of emphasis and one level of
smoothing. These levels are specified as follows:
Value (Hex) Meaning
00 Without emphasis and smoothing
01 to 2F Low emphasis
30 to 4F Medium emphasis
50 to 7F High emphasis
80 to FF Smoothing
When the IPC>2 or IPC>2D option is not provided, and this parameter is
specified, this scanner returns the following error information:
f Status: B©00001π (CHECK CONDITION)
f Sense key: X©5π (ILLEGAL REQUEST)
f Automatic separation: byte 2C
Specifies the automatic separation for the window. When the automatic
separation is performed, X©80π is specified. When the automatic
separation is not performed, X©00π is specified. When the IPC>2 or IPC>
2D option is not provided, and X©80π is specified, this scanner returns the
following error information:
f Status: B©00001π (CHECK CONDITION)
f Sense key: X©5π (ILLEGAL REQUEST)
f Mirror image: byte 2D
Specifies the mirroring for the window. When the mirroring is
performed, X©80π is specified. When the IPC>2 or IPC>2D is not provided
and this parameter is specified, following error information is
responded:
f Status: B©00001π (CHECK CONDITION)
f Sense key: X©5π (ILLEGAL REQUEST)
