REMOTE CONTROL FEATURES
Setting the remote control code
You can control your TV and other components by setting
the appropriate remote control code for each input source.
For a complete list of available remote control codes, refer
to “LIST OF REMOTE CONTROL CODES” at the end of
this manual.
The following table shows the default component in the
“Library (component category)” colutnii and the remote
control code for each input source.

Press CODE SET using a ballpoint pen or a
similar object.
The TRANSMIT indicator on the remote control
flashes twice.
Flashes
Press the numeric buttons (0 to 9) to enter
the five-digit remote control code for the
component to be used.
The TRANSMIT indicator on the remote control
flashes twice, and the remote control code for the
selected component i.s .set.

Notes
• If the marmfacturcr of your component has more than one
code, try each of them until you find the correct one.
• If you do not press any buttons within .fO seconds in step
3. the setup process is canceled. If this happens, repeat the
setup procedure.
• If you ether the code number “9980”, the remote control
code previously set for the selected component is cleared.
