Indicator lights
CONTINUE
Flashes when an error is detected or maintenance must be
performed. At
the
same time, an error or maintenance message
appears on the display.
FEED
On when data is received and stored
in
the printer but has not yet
been printed. Rapid flashing indicates the printer is receiving data
from the computer. If the light flashes slowly,
the
printer is receiving
data through an interface other
than
the default interface in auto-
sense mode.
ON LINE
On
when the printer is on line, indicating the printer
can
receive and
print data. When the printer is off line, this light is off. The light
flashes
as the system switches between
on
and off line status.
