application programs are stored.
Accordingly, their
contents must be copied when replacing the module,

Removal
Check that AC input power is not supplied [the
SOURCE indication lamp (green ) of the power unit
is off], loosen the mounting screw in the figure,
and remove the module from the NC rack.
Installation
