Here you can activate or deactivate communication
monitoring for this communication device* .
*Sunny WebBox, Cluster Controller or Power Reducer Box.
Alert after
Indicates the period of time with no contact between
Sunny Portal and this communication device* which must
elapse before you receive an e-mail.
Interval
Shows the frequency with which the communication
device* sends data to the Sunny Portal (configuration via
user interface of the communication device*).
Time period
Indicates in which period the communication device*
sends data to the Sunny Portal (configuration via user
interface of the communication device*).

Here you can activate or deactivate the inverter
comparison for this inverter.
Tolerance [%]
Here, you can enter the permissible tolerance for the
specific yield of this inverter. If the specific yield is outside
the tolerance range, Sunny Portal will inform you by
