Reference to settings: Required and optional
All systems require GV STRATUS Control Panel settings, as appropriate for the site's unique
workflow and GV STRATUS licenses.
If you received your system pre-configured from Grass Valley, your site's settings are already
configured, so the system should not need any additional settings. Otherwise, refer to topics about
Control Panel settings and configure as needed.
Control Panel settings are categorized as follows:
• Required settings — These are settings that must be configured for all GV STRATUS systems,
regardless of the site's unique workflow and GV STRATUS license requirements.
• Optional settings — These are settings that might or might not be necessary, depending on the
site's unique workflow and GV STRATUS license requirements.
