Select a virtual device group. A blacklist entry belongs to only one virtual device group.

Deploying the blacklist to virtual devices

1.

From the navigation tree of the firewall management component, select Blacklist under Intrusion
Detection to enter the blacklist list page, as shown in

Figure 99

.

2.

Click Deploy to enter the page for deploying the blacklist, as shown in

Figure 101

.

3.

Select virtual devices.

4.

Click Apply.

CAUTION:

The blacklist is deployed to virtual devices in incremental mode.

If the blacklist contains multiple entries with the same IP addresses to be blocked, the system selects the
entry that is first added.

If the blacklist contains blacklist entries for multiple virtual device groups, the system selects the entries
according to the virtual device group that is in the first added blacklist entry, and applies the entries to
the selected virtual devices in that group.

Deploying a single blacklist entry to virtual devices

1.

From the navigation tree of the firewall management component, select Blacklist under Intrusion

Detection to enter the blacklist list page, as shown in

Figure 99

.

2.

Click the

icon of a blacklist entry to enter the blacklist entry deployment page, as shown

in

Figure 102

.

3.

Select virtual devices and click Apply. To remove the blacklist entry from a virtual device, unselect

the virtual device and click Apply.
