Creating an HWTACACS scheme

Create an HWTACACS scheme before performing any other HWTACACS configurations. You can
configure a maximum of 16 HWTACACS schemes. An HWTACACS scheme can be used by multiple ISP

domains.
To create an HWTACACS scheme:
