TERMINATION_CONTROL_BLOCK
Specifies the control block used for calibrated on-chip termination (OCT) and impedance matching for
an I/O pin. OCT helps to prevent signal reflections and maintain signal integrity. This option is ignored if
it is applied to anything other than an I/O pad, input buffer, or output buffer. This option should only be
used on I/O pins which have a calibrated termination assignment.

This setting can be used in projects targeting any Altera device family.
Notes
The value of this assignment is case sensitive.
This assignment is copied to any duplicated nodes.
This assignment supports Fitter wildcards.
The value of this assignment must be a node name.
