IGNORE_GLOBAL_BUFFERS
Ignores GLOBAL buffers that are instantiated in the design. This option is ignored if it is applied to
anything other than an individual GLOBAL buffer or a design entity containing GLOBAL buffers.

This assignment is included in the Analysis & Synthesis report.
