Standard Function Blocks
- Bit 03:
Dir1 and Dir2 driven simultaneously
Remedy: Only drive in one direction and reset the error in the
start position (
Pos1 operated, Pos2 not operated, Dir2 = 0).
- Bit 04: Feasibility check: neither limit switch operated
Remedy: Check contacts and reset the error in the start position
(
Pos1 operated, Pos2 not operated, Dir2 = 0).
- Bit 05: Feasibility check: both limit switches operated
Remedy: Check contacts and reset the error in the start position
(
Pos1 operated, Pos2 not operated, Dir2 = 0).
- Bit 06: Reset button not operated
Remedy: Press reset button
- Bit 07: Valve start position is missing
Remedy: Check contacts and reset the error in the start position
