Output parameters
• ENBL: Enable flag bit
ENBL = 1: this function is fault-free
(refer also to the Programming guidelines)
• RDY: Step sequence output
If a block step is activated, the corresponding bit is set in the
output parameter
RDY.
• IGNI: Ignition transformer
IGNI = 1: switch on ignition transformer
• VAV1: Safety valve (valve 1)
VAV1 = 1: open safety valve
• VAV2: Pilot valve (valve 2)
VAV2 = 1: open pilot valve
• RUN: RUN = 1: result of the step carried out, pilot flame should be
established. This status must be monitored by SB150 “Flame
monitoring” (supply
RUN from SB 158 to RUN from SB150).
• FLAI: Driving the pilot flame monitor
Note: supply the output parameter
FLAI from SB158 to the
input parameter MONI from SB150 for monitoring the pilot
flame.
FLAI = 1: Pilot flame monitoring

• Monitoring the ignition process
• Driving the safety and pilot valves
• Selecting means of ignition: manual or automatic
• Driving SB150 FLAME_M for pilot flame monitoring
• Reaction to the system enable of SB152 “Burner: Start and operator
elements”
Error messages
Any fault that is detected will be stored statically in the corresponding error
data word (
SSNR) of DB015 (1st data block).
