Error messages
Any fault that is detected will be stored statically in the corresponding error
data word (SSNR) of DB015 (1st data block).
• Error messages in DB015
Bit 00:
During pre-purge the limit switch for the maximum posiiton of
the damper did not operate or the maximum air flow was
exceeded.
Remedy: Reset the step “Pre-purge” via
NEXT = 0. Reset
SB152 “Burner: Start-up and operating elements”, then the
positive edge from the output
ENBL of SB152 will be polled
from the sequence SB149.
• Error messages on the CPU-display
E001:
Parameter errors
The
SSNR does not lie within the limits 1 ... 200. The incorrect
SSNR is stated in DB015/DW0000 (see section “Administration
data blocks DB015, DB016 and DB017” in chapter 5).
Blocks required
• DB002:
Will be made available when the configurator is called up.
• DB015:
Administration data block
DB015 must consist of its total length of 1024 data words and
have Read/Write access (see section “Administration data
blocks DB015, DB016 and DB017” in chapter 5).
• OB101:
To call up SB155
• SB152:
BR_START for the error reaction
• SB155:
PREPURGE

To call up the operating system
