Error messages
Any fault that is detected will be stored statically in the corresponding error
data word (SSNR) of DB015 (1st data block).
• Error messages in DB015
- Bit 00: Flame signal sequence interrupted: fault lock-out occurs
Remedy: First press the reset button ( RSET) and then the start
button ( STRT)
- Bit 01: Safety sequence is interrupted: controlled shutdown occurs
Remedy: First press the reset button ( RSET) a then the start
button ( STRT).
- Bit 02: Error sequence is interrupted: controlled shutdown occurs
Remedy: If AuSt = 1, wait until the error sequence is
inactiveagain, otherwise press the reset button ( RSET) and
then press the start button ( STRT).
- Bit 03: Monitor sequence is interrupted: controlled shutdown occurs
Remedy: If AuSt = 1, wait until the monitor sequence is inactive
again, otherwise press the reset button ( RSET) and then the
start button ( STRT).
- Bit 04: Minimum air pressure at start-up was not achieved after step
“Build up minimum air pressure”: safety shutdown occurs
Remedy: First press the reset button (
RSET) and then the start
button ( STRT).
- Bit 05: Below minimum air pressure during operation: controlled
shutdown occurs
Remedy: If
AuSt = 1, wait for the air pressure monitor to signal
minimum air pressure, otherwise press the reset button ( RSET)
and then the start button ( STRT).
- Bit 06: Stop triggered by pressing the stop button
Remedy: Press the start button ( STRT).
- Bit 07: Flame signal sequence is interrupted: controlled shutdown
occurs
Remedy: If
AuSt = 1, wait for the flame signal sequence to be
inactive again, otherwise press the reset button ( RSET) and
