established. This status must be monitored by SB150 “Flame
monitoring” and must be registered to SB152 “Burner: start
and operator elements” (supply
RUN from SB158 to RUN from
SB150).
• FLAM: Driving the main flame monitor
Note: for main flame monitoring, supply the output parameter
FLAM from SB159 to the input parameter MONI from SB150
FLAM = 1: Monitor main flame
Function
• Monitoring burner set up
• Driving the main valve
• Driving SB150 “Flame monitoring” for main flame monitoring
• Issuing the control enable
• Reaction to the system enable from SB152 “Burner: Start-up and
operating elements”.
Error messages
Any fault that is detected will be stored statically in the corresponding data
word (SSNR) of DB015 (1st data block).
• Error messages in DB015
- Bit 00: non-defined step is called up: safety shutdown occurs.
Remedy: only choose permitted values for the input parameter
NEXT of the current step (only one of the Bits 0 to 3 may be
set). Triggering the ENBL from SB152 resets the sequence
(SB149) automatically.
