Standard Function Blocks
- Bit 01: Order not maintained when calling up the steps via
NEXT:
Safety shutdown occurs.
Remedy: calling up steps via the parameter
NEXT must be in
ascending order and no steps should be missed out.
Triggering the enable
ENBL from SB152 automatically resets
the sequence (SB149)

E001:
Parameter errors
The
SSNR does not lie in the limits of 1 ... 200. The incorrect
SSNR is stated in DB015/DW 0000 (refer also to the section
“Administration data blocks DB015, DB016 and DB017” in
chapter 5).
Blocks required
• DB002:
Will be made available when the configurator is called up.
• DB015:
Administration data block
DB015 must consist of its total length of 1024 data words and
have Read/Write access (refer also to the section “Administra-
tion data blocks DB015, DB016 and DB017" in chapter 5).
• OB101:
To call up SB159.
• SB150:
The output parameter
FLAM from SB159 must be supplied to
the input parameter
MONI of the main flame monitoring
SB150. In addition the output parameter
RUN from SB159
must be supplied to the input parameter
RUN of SB150.
• SB152:
The output parameter
ENBL from SB152 must be supplied to
the input parameter
SyOK of SB159, and the output parameter
RUN from SB159 to the input parameter RUN of SB152.
In addition SB152 is responsible for the error reaction.
