Modular Block System: Burner Management
INFORMATION
This section contains examples which should help when creating the pro-
gram for your plant applications.
The examples should be viewed as a model. The given flags have been
selected at random from example to example, so they may have a different
meaning in each instance.
Managing enables
The enable
ENBL must be treated according to each standard function
block.
•
ENBL from the flame monitor block SB150
Perform an AND-operation of all enables from SB150 in the user pro-
gram after they have been called up. The result of this bit operation must
be supplied to the input parameter
FLAs from SB152 “Burner: Start and
operator elements”.
•
ENBL/FG of the standard function block with RSET or EIN (e.g.
SB061 E-STOP Cat. 4) as input parameter
In the user program perform an AND-operation of all the enables from
the SBs, which have the possibility to reset, after they have been called
up.
The result of this bit-operation must be supplied to the AND-operation
before the global input
ERR or to the AND-operation before the global
input
CHAI from SB152 “Burner: Start and operator elements”. The
decision to use
ERR or CHAI depends on the user and the respective
standards regarding error reaction.
