• STEP: Signals burner start-up for the duration of one cycle
STEP = 1: first cycle of burner start-up
STEP = 0: no burner start-up detected
This parameter must be assigned with the operand also used
for the input parameter
STEP from SB149 and the output
parameter STEP of SB152 “Burner: start and operator
elements” for the same burner.
• T_V: Permitted time span between the first failed attempt and the
flame being detected and established.
Permitted value range: - 32768 ... 32767
Time base: 50 ms
• T: Connection for the timer [T64 ... T127] for measuring T_V
Output parameters
RDY: Ready signal
Pulse signal to start the step sequence from the initial ignition
step.
Function
• Number of ignition attempts
• During a new burner start-up, after an ignition failure, a signal is issued
for a permitted re-ignition attempt, after which the step sequence can
start the initial ignition step immediately.
• Time monitoring for the ignition attempts until the flame is detected

Parameter errors
The
SSNR does not lie within the limits 1 ... 200. The incorrect
SSNR is stated in DB015/DW0000 (see section
“Administration data blocks DB015, DB016 and DB017” in
chapter 5).
• E007: Invalid time value for T_V.
