Standard Function Blocks
• Error messages in DB015
- Bit 00: Non-defined step is called up: a safety shutdown is carried out
Remedy: Only choose permitted values for the input parameter
NEXT from the current step (only one of the bits 0 to 5 is to be
set). Triggering the ENBL from SB152 will automatically reset
the sequence (SB149).
- Bit 01: Sequence was not maintained when calling up the step via
NEXT: safety shutdown is carried out.
Remedy: Calling up steps via the parameter
NEXT must be
carried out in ascending order and steps must not be missed
out. Triggering the ENBL from SB152 will automatically reset
the sequence (SB149).
• Error messages on the CPU-display
E 001:
Parameter errors
The
SSNR does not lie within the limits of 1 ... 200. The
incorrect
SSNR is stated in DB015/DW0000 (see the section
“Administration data blocks DB015, DB016 and DB017” in
chapter 5).
Blocks required
• DB002:
Will be made available when the configurator is called up.
• DB015:
Administration Data Block
DB015 must consist of its total length of 1024 data words
available and have Read/Write access (refer also to the
section “Administration data blocks DB015, DB016 and DB017
in chapter 5).
• OB101:
To call up SB158.
• SB150:
The output parameter
FLAI from SB158 must be supplied to
the input parameter
MONI of the pilot flame monitoring block
SB 150. In addition the output parameter
RUN from SB158
must be supplied to the
input parameter RUN of SB150.
• SB152:
The output parameter
ENBL from SB152 must be supplied to
the input parameter
SyOK of SB158.
In addition SB152 is responsible for the error reaction.
