Thermal/Cooling Requirements

The ReadyBoard 910 is designed to operate at its maximum CPU speed and requires a thermal solution to

cool the CPU, PCH, and voltage regulators. ADLINK offers two optional cooling solutions. (See

Table 2-6

for descriptions of cooling options.)
