screen.
NOTE: During data collection, the plots and data tables can be custom configured using ADVantage
6600 without stopping the study. See Section 8. Postprocessing of Data for a description of
ADVantage 6600 commands and capabilities
6-3. Unattended Data Collection
An unattended data collection application is one in which the sonde records all data to its internal
recorder. Using this type of data collection, the user is not present when readings are collected.
Rather, the instrument is programmed to record data readings at preset intervals and the completed
data files are downloaded to a PC after several days or weeks in the field.
