Utilities Future feature – not presently activated.
Setup
Displays the setup features of a file including file comments, averaging
interval, sampling interval, velocity range, and coordinate system.
Start/Stop Used to start or stop data collection.
Record
Used to begin or end recording during real-time data collection.
Automatically defaults to begin recording.
Next Sample
Displays both a visual and numerical countdown of remaining time to the
next sample collection.
Browse Future feature - not presently activated.
File Size Displays the size of a file being created as data is collected in real-time.

8-5.1. File
Connect Opens the New Session window to connect with an ADV6600
instrument.
Open File Opens the File window to view a saved data file.
Close Session Closes the sonde connection or data file window currently open.
Print Used to print a hard copy of the graphical display.
Print Preview Provides visual display of printable graphs before printing hard copy.
Print Setup
Opens the print setup window which allows a user to setup a printer,
select paper size, paper source, and switch between landscape or portrait
orientation for printing.
