check the device-power supply connection

main consequences:

the device re-proposes the state in which it was found when the power supply was cut-off

if the alarm should occur during the cooking timer count and the duration of the power supply
cut-off is less than the time established with parameter r13, on restoring the power supply, the
cooking timer count will be re-proposed (if vice versa, the duration of the cut-off is longer than
the time established with parameter r13, on restoring the power supply, the cooking timer count
will be interrupted).
