Clicking the OK button starts the import of the distribution lists.
If a distribution list already exists in the address book, a message box is displayed where you
can specify if the distribution list should be overwritten.
6.4.5.1 Import Files
There must be a master distribution list file that contains the general properties of all
distribution lists for the import and for every distribution list there must be an import file in the
same folder that holds the recipient data.
