Hood components: grille removal
1. Remove the hood assembly from the tractor, and
place it on a stable work surface.
2. Disconnect the wires from the headlights.
3. Remove the two screws, one in each headlight
housing, that hold the upper corners of the grille to
the hood using a 5/16” wrench. See Figure 4.8.
4. Remove the four screws, indicated by the arrows in
Figure 4.9, using a 3/8” wrench.
5. Slide the heat shield out of the hood.
