Open all three one-touch speed dialing panels
➞ press
[Advanced Communication].
The ADVANCED COMM. menu appears.

Press [F3] (
▼) or [F4] (▲) to highlight <01 POLLING> ➞ press
[OK].
Each time you press (
▼) or

▲), the next or previous menu option
becomes highlighted.
The setting menu for the selected memory box appears.

Press [F3] (
▼) or [F4] (▲) to highlight the sending feature for
the memory box to be used
➞ press [OK].
The display for entering the memory box number appears.

Use the numeric keys to enter the memory box number (from
00 to 99)
➞ press [OK].
The display for selecting the sender’s name appears.
