1. Click on the IP Address tab.
2. Enable the Specify an IP
address radio button.
3. Fill in the IP Address field as
192.168.168.X , where X can
take any value from 2 to
254.
For illustration, we keyed in
192.168.168.45 as IP
address.
4. Key in 255.255.255.0 as the
Subnet Mask .
1. Click on the Gateway tab.
2. Key in the IP address of the router
in the New Gateway field.
The default IP address of the
router is 192.168.168.1 as we
illustrate on the left.
3. Click on the
Add button.
1. Click on the DNS
Configuration tab.
2. Select the Enable DNS radio
button.
3. Type in a unique identifying
name in the Host field.
4. We illustrate on the left with
Serv_01 .
5. Key in the IP address of your
DNS server, as specified by
your Internet Service
Provider in the
DNS Server
Search Order field.
6. Click on the Add button.
