Function: Expands an expression.

Syntax: expand (Exp/Eq/Ineq/List/Mat [ ) ]

expand (Exp,variable [ ) ]

• Ineq (inequality) includes the “ ” (not equal to) relational operator.

• If you specify a variable, Exp is decomposed into partial fractions, with respect to the

variable.
