Change the water adjustment per yard or load (adjustment is retained until the CB-2 is powered down.
This does not permanently affect the mix design.
•
Change or add admixture contribution on a per/yard basis. This does not permanently affect the mix
design. The admixture adjustment is retained and used until a different mix design is selected. this allows
a one time adjustment (to add calcium chloride for example), to the mix that will affect all contiguous
loads for a specific order.
•
Start batching and return to the
Weighing
screen with one keystroke.
If the
Adjust Material
softkey appears, press to change the selected flashing materials contribution to the mix.
•
Water selected
. If water is selected then pressing this softkey will prompt with Enter water/batch (265.0) if
configured to adjust water on a per load basis or Enter water/yard (26.5) if configured to adjust water on
a per yard basis. (See application parameters - water system - water adjust per batch parameter).
•
Admix selected
. Admixtures are always adjusted on a per quantity basis, not on the total batch amount.
Some admixtures are dosed per yard and some per 100 weight of cements (including fly ash). Enter the
value just like when creating a mix design.
•
Aggregate or cement selected
. These may not be adjusted. A different mix design must be selected or
created if the aggregate or cement target weights are not what you want.
Note: Only materials/ingredients that are part of a mix design may be adjusted. You may not add a material in the
preview load screen that was not added when the mix design was created. If you want the ability to add calcium
chloride or some other admix to a mix, on the fly, it must be added to the mix design with a value/target of 0 when the
mix is being created.
Start Batching Softkey
The
Start Batching
softkey, if pressed, will start the weigh-up cycle of the batching and change back to the
weighing screen (with the weight widgets). If the
Emergency Stop
(EStop) is pressed or some other condition that
will not allow the batch to start, the weighing screen is displayed with the appropriate error message.
Back to Weigh Softkey
Use the
Back to Weigh
softkey to return to the weigh screen without starting the batch. The
Start Batching
softkey
will also be displayed on the weigh screen so the batch can be started anytime.
