Zero Tolerance Band
On a hopper type scale, the tolerance band for the initial empty condition
Cleanout Time
On a hopper type scale, amount of time in seconds to keep the discharge
gate open after it has reached the empty level to allow it to totally empty.
Close Time
For scales with a discharge gate that does not have a limit switch, the amount
of time in seconds the gate takes to close.*
Discharge Delay
Time in seconds after the discharge cycle begins before this scale’s
discharge is to begin
Start Discharge % Full
For the cement scale, this indicates the % of the aggregate remaining to be
discharged before the cement discharge will begin. This parameter is ignored
for the aggregate or water scales
Target Discharge Rate
Start Vibrator Weight
Weight below which the vibrator will be operated
Wide Open Weight
For a hopper type scale, the weight below which the inching gate will be
opened fully.
For the aggregate scale, if the cement scale is still discharging when the
remaining total aggregate weight to be discharged drops below this weight,
the aggregate discharge gate will be closed until the cement hoper has
finished discharging
Gate Open Time
Time in seconds for the discharge gate to open fully.*
Inch Time
Time in milliseconds to pulse the open or close output to inch an inching
gate.*
Initial Burst Time
Time in seconds to hold on the open output to initially open an inching gate.*
Control Rate Filter
Number of samples to average to calculate the flow rate
Discharge Rate Tolerance
Discharge rates within this tolerance % of the target rate will not cause any
gate adjustment..
Total Under Tolerance
Percentage of total weight the scale may be below the total target.
Total Over Tolerance
Percentage of total weight the scale may be above the total target
