Seal mull caps at head
and sill just prior to
installing next unit.
Install unit making sure it is plumb and level. Anchor wall
as shown in FIGURE 12, page 14. Seal mull caps at head
and sill as shown in FIGURE 15.
Head anchors must be dropped into each

MULL CAP SEAL
Once first unit is installed, apply sealant to
each mull cap as shown in FIGURE 15. Then
carefully locate unit between mull caps so that
the sealant at the mull caps is not scrapped off.
Slide into position and snap in place. Use a furniture
clamp to assist in snapping mullion halves, starting
at ends and working towards the center. Once unit
is in place, add sealant around end caps and tool
sealant between mullion and caps.
