11. Make sure the mini-SAS cables are routed along the rear of the RAID controller and under the
support cross bar up to the SAS backplane board. Keep the cables low so they will fit under the
chassis cover. (“F”)
12. Connect the mini-SAS 1 cable into the right header on the SAS backplane board marked “Ports 0-3”
on the sheet metal cover plate. ( “E”)
13. Connect the mini-SAS 2 cable into the left header on the SAS backplane board marked “Ports 4-5” on
the sheet metal cover plate. (“E”)
