Fertilizer Systems
The YP3010HDP/20P/25 supports supply and distribu-
tion systems for fertilizer application of one or two liquid
materials:
• one or two independent boom systems are supported
• zero, one or two planter mounted ground-drive pumps
can drive the boom systems
• on-board 400 gallon tanks (2x200 gal./1500 liters
total), relying on a planter-mounted ground-drive
pump and Type 2 manifold.
• customer-provisioned pull-behind cart and cart pump,
relying on Type 3 manifold,
Liquid Fertilizer Systems
Boom (manifold) systems are factory-installed. All booms
have the same number of outlets. Unused outlets are
capped on wider row spacings.
The Type 3 boom is separately plumbed for each of the 3
planter sections, and relies on an off-planter pump and
supply manifold.
The Type 2 boom has a single inlet, and is optimized for
use with a planter-mounted ground-drive pump. The
base Type 2 system is plumbed to the on-board tanks.
The 407-243A kit extends it to the rear hitch, for use with
a passive tank on a trailing cart.
When a trailing tank cart is used, the Trailer Hitch Weld-
ment is also required.
