The SMART2 Colorimeter is ready to scan at the
correct wavelength. Place the blank in the sample
chamber, close the lid and press the
Q/ENTER
button to scan blank.
NOTE: Do not keep the button depressed.

The screen will display Blank Done for about
1 second. Scan Sample will be positioned next
to *. 002 Aluminum

Place the reacted sample in the chamber, close
the lid and press the
Q/ENTER button to scan
sample. The colorimeter will scan the sample and
the results screen will appear.

Record test result. To repeat the test, press the
Q/ENTER button to scan the sample again. The
last blank scanned is used to zero the colorimeter
for repeated scans. A different blank can be used
by pressing the
s button to scroll back to Scan
Blank and then scanning another blank. Scroll
with the
t or s buttons and make another
selection with the
Q/ENTER button. The %T or
Absorbance of the last test can be viewed by
choosing %T/Abs. Press the
EXIT button to
escape to previous menus.
NOTE: The menus loop in this screen so either
the
s or t buttons will lead to the menu
selection needed.
