Note that Reference Standardization is NOT selected for OptiProbe Transmission.
Next, select this DCM from the selection box. Click
“OK” to connect to the instrument.
Once connected, verify that the amber
“Communication” LED is lit on the instrument
Upon connection, Vision will prompt for the
instrument configuration. This is used to
establish a Diagnostic Database.
It is important that the instrument be correctly
identified, to prevent corruption of the
database.
If only one instrument is in use, accept the
information and click “OK”.
