6.9 Absorber tube

920 Absorber Module
Exchanging the absorber tube holder
1 Unscrewing the outlet capillary
On the bottom side, unscrew the pressure screw from the absorber
tube holder.
2 Unscrewing the check valve holder
Unscrew the check valve holder (6.2766.010) from the absorber tube
holder.
3 Replacing the absorber tube holder
￭ Unscrew the absorber tube holder from the absorber tube.
￭ Place a new sealing ring in the new absorber tube holder.
￭ On the bottom, screw the new absorber tube holder to the
absorber tube.
4 Tightening the check valve holder
Screw the check valve holder with the new inlet valve to the side of
the absorber tube holder.
5 Fastening the inlet capillary again
Screw the inlet capillary (6.1803.130) to the check valve again using
the pressure screw (6.2744.170).
6 Mounting the outlet capillary
Tighten the loose end of the capillary (6.1803.160) (connected to
port 8 of the 10-port valve) to the bottom of the absorber tube
holder using a pressure screw (6.2744.010).
