For connecting the capillary from the outlet

Valve positions
The 6-port valve can have two valve position:

In the Filling position, ports 2 and 3, 4 and 5, and 6 and 1 are con-
nected to each other.
The sample flows through port 1 into the 6-port valve, through the
sample loop and through port 2 out of the 6-port valve into the waste
container.
At the same time, the transfer solution flows through port 5 into the 6-
port valve and directly back out through port 4.
The sample loop is filled with the sample at this valve position.
