Enables or disables the Peer I/O output.
Sets the minimum time that a module will wait when transmitting
data to a peer.
Important: Changes to these parameters are ignored when
parameter 51 (Peer Out Enable) is On.
Sets the maximum time that a module will wait when transmitting
data to a peer. The value of parameter 52 (Peer Out Time) is
multiplied by the value of this parameter to set the time.
Important: Changes to this parameter is ignored when parameter
51 (Peer Out Enable) is On.
