ON : The speed reference is prevented from dropping below zero.
OFF : The speed reference can drop below zero and the drive can operate in the
opposite direction.

Selects the type of
feedback signal used
for the speed/voltage

DC TACH
ENCODER
Default Setting: ARMATURE VOLT
Parameter Type: Configurable
ARMATURE VOLT : The drive reads the internal armature voltage and scales it with the
MOTOR RATED ARM VOLTS (P.009), ARM VOLTAGE GAIN ADJ (P.204), and ARM VOLTAGE
ZERO ADJ (P.205) parameter values. These values are summed to produce the
armature voltage signal.
DC TACH : The tachometer is connected to analog input terminals (+ HI ) 21 or (+ LO )
22, and (-) 23 on the Regulator board terminal strip. The choice for (+ HI ) and (+ LO )
is determined by tables associated with the settings of J 11 ANLG TACH VLT SCL
(P.792) and J 14 ANLG TACH VLT RNG (P.793).
ENCODER : Instruction sheet D2-3302 should be used to apply and configure the
encoder. This instruction sheet covers the optional encoder interface kit that must
be added to support this feedback option. Since the WebPak 3000 drive standard
design is a regenerative power bridge, a dual-channel differential-output encoder is
required. encoder can only be selected if the Pulse Encoder (Tachometer) kit is
installed.

ATTENTION: The incorrect configuration of FEEDBACK SELECT (P.200)
can cause an overspeed condition. This parameter must be configured
by a qualified person who understands the significance of setting it
accurately. Failure to observe this precaution could result in bodily injury.
