6.6 Unloading from a Flatbed Trailer

Follow these steps to unload the mower conditioner from a flatbed trailer:

1. Remove tie downs.

2. Approach

with forklift.

3. Locate two lifting slings (A) around hitch and

frame approximately as shown and attach to forklift
with chains.

NOTE: Adjust position of slings so that mower

conditioner is lifted evenly.

CAUTION

To avoid injury to bystanders from being struck
by machinery, do NOT allow persons to stand in
loading area.
